Took one for the team tonight and got the last night for ramen at @astermichigan. Ramen free / broth only for me, but still just as awesome. Until we meet again in colder weather, as it’s coming off the summer weekly menu.
Easy weeknight dinner of arugula, garlic + herb sauerkraut, black garlic, roasted cauliflower, caramelized onion, guacamole, grass-fed steak and truffles. All on hand or prepped ahead of time for dinner in 5 minutes.

Self-care Sunday: Lobster tail on a bed of curried cauliflower + rice risotto, sunchokes from @goodsteadfarm and king oyster mushrooms pan seared like scallops with a @goodsteadfarm radish sprout garnish.

It was even better than it looks.
So. Much. Sage. This gal exploded in my garden this year and this is only half of what’s left when I broke it down this weekend. This weekend I’m dehydrating and grinding much of what’s left of the garden down for the winter.
Tonight’s quick and nourishing bowl: arugula, curry roasted cauliflower, Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi, pickled mushrooms, fermented black garlic, garden tomatoes and herbs with a vegan curry aioli.
